I know this is off topic, but I recall back in the 80's Car and Driver has a Comparison between the Toyota Supra and the Z28 Camaro.. All through the artical they praise how the Supra felt so light and nimble and fast on the road course and at the drag strip.. but when you got down to the data box, the Camaro beat the Surpa in every test, and also the Supra weighed 100 pounds MORE than the Camaro.... After that I cancelled my Subscription to C&D...
So don't always believe everything you hear or read.. Get the details from those that know.

There have been a few early production kinks that had to be works out, but that is generally true with most cars. I have not heard anything out of the ordinary with regard to reliability. As far as cornering is concerned the major complaints have been under steer and somewhat vague steering. However keep in mind that this is compared to other high performance cars, not you’re grandma’s Buick, and also the Camaro is set up more as a GT car rather than a thoroughbred sports car. So it might lose something on the track compared to more focused vehicles, but it is also a more livable car for the performance it delivers.

Please stop reading reviews by rustang owners.
No problems with my Camaro (delivery June 09). Just minor issues like the bolts on the rear wing needed tightening. Nuff said.

I have 12,000 miles on mine and zero issues. I have had it going on 9 months and it is my daily driver. I have owned many cars and have to say this 2SS/RS I have now is one of the best I have ever owned. I do not drive it hard, burn the tires or use the launch control.
For the price, it has to be the best or one of the best buys available today. |
