I saw a post you made in another thread that you had this painted to match your door and dash trim. Was the door and Dash trim Carbon Flash Metallic when you bought the car? Or did you have it painted later?

the door and dash trim came carbon flash metallic from the factory

Good to know thank you! I may have to go with those rahter than paint the outside of mine Aqua Blue.

How well does the CFM vinyl match to the paint?

Hi, Bee, can you tell me if disconnecting the negative battery terminal did anything to the electronics of the car? Like did it reset any of the specs on the digital spedometer? if you get what i'm asking..

You just have to reset your clock is all. I am almost 100% sure everything even the radio stations stay as is.

just had to re-set the clock, and the windows-the window re-set is listed in your owners manual.

which position or which direction to push the allen wrench to remove the air bag?? any tips?? the fit is very narrow, very difficult to remove. thank you

Glad I found this... the chrome strip on the bezel makes for instances where the sun reflections get in your eye.

I wonder if the chrome piece comes off the bezel easy enough? Looks like from the pics above, its all one unit.

I could not pull the air bag -,-. I spent about 3 hours trying and did not make it. As a result, I messed up my airbag. I will have to take it to the dealer to fix it.
