Lets meet at hooters in the elevated parking lot across from it, then we will cruise over to Buffalos, park in the old Mervins parking lot, big lot alot of room, in that lot, get alot of attention cus it faces the freeway, and plenty of people will be able to browse at these beautys. we can go watch the game inside or chill outside for a while. How does that sound?

Just saw the thread guys, id be in but im stuck working Sunday nights, when it get a little cooler in the day, maybe we can do an afternoon thing. MWS444 really looking forward to seeing your car finshed up! Hey if you do go take your 1st gen, that'll turn heads for sure.

lets try to figure out something so everybody can go try to get the most camaros we can out there take pictures post them here so we can get our own el paso forum that will be cool

either do it earlier on sunday or change the day to saturday lets figure something out cause the weekend is just ariund the corner

I can try to get out of work early on Sunday like around 1 or so, buts its not for sure, you'll waant to plan to meet early then, ill try my best to get off early and see what happens, but either way my car will still be parked at buffalos cus ill be working there. I can do it saturday during the day? anyone else Saturday during the day around 12-1?

Naw you guys stick to your plans, I appreciate the invite, but I work 60-80 hrs a week and am subject to 24 hr call outs. I don't want you guys to change your plans and then Im not able to show up because I got called in to work.

Just keep letting me know and Ill get buy eventually. But it sucks to miss out on the 1st ept c5 meeting.

J1549 and jose1003 figured this would be better than pm's and I really thank you guys for trying to work this out, but just stick to what you have going already, Ill try and get buy maybe for a few minutes before I go to work.

If you want to post pics on this site of all our cars together, we should go to Transmountain or Scenic Drive to get a view of the city below in the pictures. This could be a future meet and drive location.

This is just a suggestion. Anything in El Paso that is a landmark that El Paso is known for would be a good place to take pictures.

Transmountain offers more locations with a view and larger parking areas that we could all get to and not have to wait to get a parking spot like Scenic Drive.

I like this idea. I would like to the opportunity to take the photo for your cars (one of my hobbies). I can post some pic Ive take of my car if that would help.

That being said, Im kinda a nut about details. Transmountian would be awesome, but I would hate to have that damn 2ft concrete wall in the background. Also, the best view is on the west side of the mountian but in the parking areas you wouldnt have the mountain as a back drop.

If you guys would be willing to give me a couple of weeks to scout a good area to try, let me know and Ill get on it. Need to find something that'll fit 10 or so cars.
