mine was in the dealer last monday. the car is still at the custom shop getting all the extras done

i hope to have her by next wednesday. here is hoping!

I took her on the road the next day on a short trip. Compared to my rx-8. This car is certainly heavier and i can feel it behind the wheel. My rx-8 was smaller and was a manual. The 6 speed automatic reminds me of my rx-8 with extra shifts i hear in the gears. I got the automatic for the camaro and it shifts without all the work. Sounds fun!

The paint, careful!! And watch out for how WIDE the doors open, you will need plenty of clearance! I notice my camaro had a ding in the top lid of the driver rear corner panel. I first spotted it looking out side mirror looking back. I saw another 2011 on the showroom floor with the same imperfection.... Check yours!

Overall After 3 days, I am extremely happy. Solid. Its wider than most cars so compensating from the rx-8 is going to take a minute to used to. I 'm parking at the end of parking lots and well away from curbs when possible, but the car is so wide i worry about sticking out. But eh **** it! I'm the new big bad bitch in town!

Got mine too. Will take her for a few days road trip next week. 1,700 miles. I should have the feel for her by the time I get home.
