Recommendations for new system

I currently have the ******** sealed box for my 2014 Camaro which is already installed with an aftermarket radio and woofers/amp but plan on upgrading my woofers, speakers, and amp. I will be purchasing the 12W3V3-4 subs, JL Audio C2-650 6 ½”, and JL Audio C2-690tx 6X9’s. Does anyone have recommendations for an AMP to run the woofers and speakers? Do I need two amps? Also what bracket I need to use the 6 1/2" door speakers?

Thank you

Well you might as well go with JL amps too. I like their amps a lot, they're Just expensive for what you get. That's JL though. I have their 4 channel, 400w amp hooked up to a set of C3's and Focal PS165's. Forgot what it's called, but it's been very reliable thus far with plenty of high volume playing. It doesn't get all that loud though if that's what you want, but It won't die.

And yes, you'll need two amps. One for the sub and one for the speakers. I'm not sure if the 6x9's need more power than the 6.5's though....

Not sure if maybe it's because the focal speajers just take more power to push or what but I have the same Jl 400 amp with stock speakers gain is only 50 percent of the way up and I can't get past 75 percent volume in the car it's too loud. And I'm a 27 year old guy that loves obnoxiously loud cars and concerts... Lol

JL all the way!!!!!!!!!

I will be installing two 1200/1 HD amps, one 600/4 HD amp, two JL 12w7 3 anniversary subs, one Kenwood DNN991HD reciever, Alpine PXA -H800, Alpine RUX-C800 Remote Commander as well as JL Audio ZR650-CSi JL Audio C2-690tx, Kenwood CMOS-320 Multi-Angle Rear View Camera. My car is going through a heart transplant to replace the bottom end of engine as I ripped the snout off the crank. Please let me know what you think and any suggestions on my build.

You know, I think you're right. Pretty sure those Focals are 125-150w components, whereas the C3's are 100w.

They do get loud-ish... but after a certain point the C3's just sound bad. The Focals are still clear as day at equivalent volume, just a little bright. In the next year I'll be redoing my audio setup anyway, for the third time lol.

I would look at the arc audio xdi v2 1100.5 or the 1200.6 amp.
