Hmmm Assigned Vin's are no problem. Car has to meet safety inspection and everything else like building a kit car, thenget an assigned vin from the state/province.
This is pretty cool, but I'd have to wait awhile to finish it till a few idiotsticks crash them so I can buy a write off for all the little pieces thet would nickel and dime a guy to death..

I know some states offer somthing like a vin for kit cars. wonder if that would work for this? but there's probably some contract that you gotta sign before you can even pay for this that says you can't drive it on the road and if you do GM will take it back.

There's a contact email address for info. Don't waste their time tho unless you're building a race car. They'll probably require proof of intent.

These are not a great value to anyone other than a racing group. The only advantage it that it hasn't been soundproofed (weight) wired (more weight) etc.

Since this is a chassis, there is really no way of getting it titled. It's a modern GM car that if driven on highways requires only a million federal mandates that kit cars don't.
