How long does the vinly decals last?

If you purchase the vinly decals from the dealer, how long do they typically last before they start wearing away?

It really all depends on you. granted the 3M stripes are garrentted for 5 years, BUT, is your car garaged?, sit in teh bilistering sun EVERY DAY/ALL DAY...do you live in the very cold, do you keep the stripes waxed like the rest of the car....all of these factors come into play. SO, it all depends. If you plan on keeping your car for MANY years....and plan on keeping it looking like new, or at least the best it can, have them painted on. You will be happy with that disission down the road.

They can last quite a while if you take good care of them. Don't be afraid to wax them.
