i will order a new 2ss camaro 2010 black

and i wanna add Ground Effect pkg and paint it to black

in the GM Company before they install it

The ground effects come in grey plastic color. No, you can't get them painted from GM. You'll have to pay the dealer to paint them or take them to a paint shop.

Is the only way to get this ground effect package through your dealer?

I would get mine paint flat black to match the striping.

The ground effects should come paint matched, I would have definitely got them on mine if they came painted from the factory.

It actually looks pretty cool when you keep in the the normal color. I just got mine on friday and was nervous to see what it looked like with the black car and the gray ground effects, but I kinda like it.

I believe one of the items GM had at the SEMA show was PRE painted ground effects so though they aren't available now they might become an option sometime next year.
