Cam change ??

I'm going to be doing a cam change soon on my 1LE. Are there any special tools needed? I have an LS balance installer and puller. I also just ordered a LS on head valve spring removal tool. What other LS tools needed? Thanks.

Might want a degree wheel, dial indicator and a push rod length checker unless your going to trust the cam manufacturer to get it right. They usually do, but S*%# happens.

I can get the degree wheel and dial indicator from my neighbor. I bought a kit that comes with new pushrods, timing chain [3 bolt] Comp Cams Trunion Upgrade Kit, oil pump and gaskets.

Sounds like you have thought this out. The cam kit probably has the right pushrods, but I would still verify the length you need.
