Looking for the best setup
I have recently installed long tube headers with high flow cats and I already had a Borla Atak cat back exhaust. This setup is incredibly loud, in a bad way. Please, give your opinions and personal experience on the best setup.

a quieter version like the s type or touring can tone down the long tubes better. |

This is a completely subjective subject but generally what Higgs said it correct. The Borla Touring sounds pretty good with headers if you are looking for something more mild at normal operating RPM but that opens up when you jump on the throttle.

When I am at lower RPM the sound is quite nice but when I jump on the throttle, it is VERY VERY loud.

The Touring with headers is a great mild setup. Loud when you want it to be. Mild and deep at idle.

That's what I got and you might not like it if you say it's too loud. I like my set up, loud n proud.

I don't know if any exhaust is really gonna keep it quiet when you have LTs. The Solo is nice because it's quiet at cruise, with a bit of low rumble, but when you get on it or go WOT, it sounds like NASCAR.

I've got ARH Lt's and Xpipe, and Borla ATAK. I think it sounds good. Can't wait to hear it with the cam . It's just a personal preference. I would said Borla S type would be what you are looking for. But for me, I LOVE IT LOUD!
