Eagle Eyes Help!

What is the best location to wire the Eagle Eyes Halos. What H9 Bulbs should I use to upgrade without getting HID

Nope, non RS cars are not wired for the RS headlamps, you need a proper harness. If you are using the AAC LED Ring Light and not the stock halo you'll have to do some extra wiring.

Depends on how you want them. Most people splice them into the parking lights. For the H9 bulbs, I wouldn't go too high in the wattage, stock wiring might not like it.

I know that non RS are not wired up. However if the manufacturer of "Eagle Eye" was smart they would use an H9 connector to make it plug and play.

To the Op you would need to splice in to the wire harness...most HID kits would have the connections already made for you to be plug and play. I know that was not your intention but its an option.
