I posted this in this thread.. I would think that Orlando would be a better place for Floridians to meet, in the middle of the state..

I would love to join. I'm in Miami and will be getting the camaro in a month or so. The Jacksonville plan sounds good if we have lots coming from out of the state. If it is mostly Florida and Georgia members going, then we could choose Kissimmee or Orlando as its in the middle of the State.

If you all want a discount price for a villa resort for an Orlando trip, I can get a huge discount for all of you at a really nice place in Kissimmee, Florida. It is a Disney friendly hotel so the kids can come and it would be a two bedroom two bath minimum. The benefit of planning the trip to Orlando is obviously the theme parks in the area and a family weekend vacation can be planned as well.

I would definitely would be able to organize something like this as I know the Manager of the hotel I am talking about in the post above and I'm quite sure we could all meet up there and stay there for a big discount. There is a miniature golf in front of the hotel which is really nice as something we can go to.. Plus multiple restaurants down the road, almost every one you can think of.. The hotel has tons of parking area and perhaps one of them could be used, if not I'm sure we could find something in Orlando.. It is 10 minutes away from the theme parks as well.. Overall easy for all of us in Florida to drive to.
