Question Car Shaking Coming Off Throttle

Good morning all,

I have a 2014 SS 1LE with ~85k miles on it. Car has been running perfect throughout my ownership of the car. I have headers, high flow cats, tune.

I recently noticed (over the past day or two) that the car has developed a shaking/rumbling feel when I get off the accel pedal around 3k. The car pulls fine, I can shift without issue, but when I get off the gas, I feel rumbling - similar to if you had a tire going flat or something.

I cant even begin to guess what it could be. Any ideas? Happy to provide more details if needed?

Start with the condition of the tires. After that maybe driveshafts. Then worn suspension components.

Tires, brakes, wheels are all new. I haven't taken a look under the car yet but i suppose I could look at driveshaft .

Did the problem start after installing the new tires/wheels?

No - new tires, wheels et al were put on about a month or so ago with zero issues. This shaking problem started up over the last 2 days.

I think I would still confirm that there isn't a balance issue or out of round problem with the tires. You could have lost weights or had belts break in them, although this would normally show up some the rest of the time. Does it come from the front or back?
