Driver Side Back Adjustment Stopped Working

Is there a fuse or module that controls the driver's side seatback adjustment? It just died on me. What should I check?

Yeah mine does that too. It will recline back but not forward. I removed the seat, put it on my workbench, and hooked 12v to it. Got it to move back (forward). So obviously the motor is good and the switch is bad. Gonna have to buy one.

Mine doesn't move either way. Once I had it set to my liking, I never moved it again. I tried moving it a few months ago and nothing, it hasn't moved since.
