New York City? So as the commercial goes! Have a safe one and a good day! I'm surfing C5 from the Airport in Seattle Headed to Hawaii for a couple weeks, i must be addicted to all this Camaro5 stuf, as another person would say, Pssssssssssssst!

Well, not sure about that. You have to compare what is included with each kit.

9" I don't think includes a few things. Like gears for example, and the labour is going to cost you more to cut / weld the thing onto the vehicles frame.

12 bolt; is a complete kit, you recieve it remove all stock diff. axles and DS and throw in the new stuff and your done. At least that's what I'm interpreting, and with chromoly DS (not as thick as a 3" or 4" DS) I believe you can even put back the heat sheild (not needed but, a nice to have to help keep extra heat from the tranny out of the cabin on summer days).

In any case I'll share more with you as I find out. For me I don't have much of a choice as I won't be purchasing a 9" system regardless. Besides the ideal of trashing the IRS, I don't like the idea of cutting up the vehicle to fit on parts that aren't bolt on. I was simply going to replace DS, Axles and eventually re-build tranny and call it a day and hope diff. would hold up to some track days.

Cool bro'. Let me know. Don't worry about flight we got some snow out this way probably from along the snow belt from S. NY to N. NY up to Ontario, but it stopped and will be all gone mostly in a day. Only like 1-2" of the fluffy stuff.
