This car is crying for Blower or a nice Twin Turbo set-up. Just not sure what I am going to install but will keep the car stock for a few weeks. Because of customer support which is second to none I would go with Paxton for the S/C if I go that direction again. If not I guess I will have to this again

It is not the install but the tuning that makes the difference. Having perfect welds and top shelf parts don't hurt either.

This car is flawless and is my friend Johns FordGT.

Correct me if I'm wrong. But, that countdown was put up well before your thread was started. Sorry...they did beat you to the punch.

AND...there's no countdown here because there is no ACTUAL date to count down to. Unless you just want to pull something out of thin air. After all, the employees keep saying different months with everyone they talk to. Ultimately, it's still the first quarter of 09. Now....when is that going to be? I mean...the actual day....

It isn't a bad idea. Don't get me wrong. But...IMO, there's no point to it if you don't have the date.

The countdown link was added to their site on 8/2. My original post was 7/27. Looks like the countdown is to 10/1/08 (4th qtr) when we have been told to be believe production will start.

We'll just have to wait and see I guess. I agree, we don't have a date set in stone but I still think it's cool.

If those dates are correct on when it was added, I was wrong (sorry). I thought it had been up for a while longer than the thread. Still...it's not a bad idea. I just think it'd kind of odd counting to a random day.

Give us a date where something final has been announced...the day production begins, the day the 1st Camaro rolls off the line, etc, etc. and I'd be happy to have a counter. Otherwise, it's like, "5!, 4!, 3!, 2!, 1! Yeah!!! *crickets chirping*....*looks around*...hmmm...what was supposed to happen when the counter hit zero? hehehe....sorry...I just find it kinda funny counting to nothing. Don't get me wrong. The idea is great! But ya need that date!

Great idea but Tag has a point. Theres so many guests too that just browse, we don't want to piss them off when the time is incorrect and then they go buy a Mustang or rice burner/cooker/rocket. LOL.

Anyways that would make the days go down slower =[[[

I'm guessing that countdown is 'til start of production (next Oct) since it's less than a year. And actual release date is actually more like 14.5 months.
