We listened it quite a few cars, the Atak was very nice / loud, was our choice too. The guy who demo'd it for us did say though he was concerned when he got on it it was so loud it was a ticket magnet, but we were not deterred. When we dropped our car off with Livernois Andy knew Atak, would put it on if we wanted, but advised with cam it would be louder yet and they replace many exhaust systems, highest percentage was Borla....so we fell back to Corsa Sport with cam, it's wicked loud, tame on normal drive but watch out, it lights up fast with no drone. Either way, IMHO, cannot go wrong, your making the car sound like a V8 ought to sound! A great weekend project!

I've got the NPP exhaust with LT headers and hi-flo cats and it sounds pretty close to the Atak system. I'm basing this on the videos I have seen on here that people have posted. So with mine under normal driving without getting on the gas hard it is quiet and NO drone when on the highway. But when you get on the gas hard, everyone knows! LOL But that I do not mind.

The only other time it is loud is on a cold start say in the morning. The valves are in the open position in the back and it is loud, but after a minute the idle comes down to normal and the valves close making it quiet again. But it sure did "wake up" the car, especially once it was tuned.

We have stainless works long tube headers, high flow cats and Corsa sport cat back with cam...on start, its LOUD and we LOVE it...then it mellows out to the lopy sound (in video on earlier post...LOVE IT)...no drone, but when we get on it OMG its loud (LOVE IT). Livernois Motorsports suggested with headers et al to not do the Atak...in the end, its personal preference and anyway you cut it...I think it does justice to how it SHOULD sound for muscle. Its a question of what you want!
