22757643 lists now for 76 and change USD.
From what I remember doing the ZL1 front end swap on the 2010, the kit came with both sides. Can't recall about the screws or not. I think they did, but can't recall specifically. They bolt to the bottom front of the inner fender well plastic. The screws are GM p/n 11570637 if needed. They use these in a lot of places. I think they're prevalent underneath the front splitter. (M4.2X1.41X20)(TORX T20) Box of 50.... for the price of 4 from GM Around $13 per box. http://www.clipsandfasteners.com/Phi...m_p/a20271.htm If you need the padded nuts for the screws, they're p/n 11610157 from GM. Guess it depends on how far they have to ship. I got a 10.20 shipping quote, making it $57.45 to send it out. Which is still about 4 bucks and change cheaper than GMPartsdirect.com
