Are you sure about that???
I thought they were making mid 800s w/o the plate and right at or just under w/.
Also, I'm willing to bet the LPE 800 makes a crapload more torque than any Nascar engine. N/A versus BOOST ... I reccomand buying stock in rubber either way. lol.

great packages, but ur paying for the name mostly. their packages for the vette are ridiculously expensive. you can do more for less money going aftermarket.

Yep, rated for only 30 more than stock.

I wonder how many people said that about the COPO cars of the sixties. That they were too much money and they could do it cheaper. I would give my left nut for any COPO today. Not to say that anyone is wrong in their thinking, but just a thought after reading the replies.
Any time you have the skill to do it yourself it is a benefit and I love to build my own stuff for the pride of ownership an $ savings.

Cool stuff anyway

Probably, but you won't have a 3yr/36,000 mile warranty or the factory like streetablility that a Lingenfelter car has.

If I can hit the 500hp mark... without massive costs or changes.. I'll be happy as the day I get the car.

I would love to have a 800 hp Camaro in my garage. Red jewel panit with gold striping and 20 inch polished rims.
