2nd highest, and that's only due to one or two cities... Stay away from the border and you're fine. Austin is the third lowest per 100,000 in all us cities...

I would still like it to be in the NC/NW area. I don't have to throw up silly stats to substantiate it either...unlike many, I don't care where it is, il be there if I'm in country...Joliet or Englishtown works for me...
