Everything is the exact same, and it fits just like the 2010. I did the retrofit as well and there where no issues with it

was relatively easy, the hardest part was changing the airbag from the old dash. I have installed some HUD before.

I did this swap today on my 2010. Here's a few more part numbers. I'm not sure the center outlet comes with the dash becasue my invoice had it listed seperately and a seperate charge.

Center outlet vent- 20965303
Passenger leather insert with orange stching- 22880758
Driver leather insert with orange stiching - 22838803

I don't think we can post pricing here. But if you go to a site like gmpartsdirect.com or gmpartshouse.com and enter in the part numbers listed on the first page, it doesn't seem all that expensive really.

Sounds like you (and me) would need 4 total parts:
  1. 2012 DASH PART # (Dash only) #92242674
  2. Center outlet vent- #20965303
  3. Passenger leather insert with orange stching- #22880758
  4. Driver leather insert with orange stiching - #22838803
(or different part numbers for the driver/passenger insert depending on material and color preference)

The dash installation sounds hard to me. Can you pay the dealer to swap it out? Or will they say heck no, ha! I've popped door panels off to replace speakers in my time, but that's about it.

Also, just to be clear, I can just swap dash for dash right? I already have the HUD on my 2011.
