My SS has pink eye

I hate buying light bulbs. I guess it's time to trade 'er in.

The pink light means that HID bulb is using more voltage compared to the driver's side bulb to maintain the same level of gas excitation. Basically, it means that bulb is slowly failing.
Get it replaced soon. I would replace the driver's side bulb too.

Aren't HID bulbs supposed to last a very long time? I thought I remember reading that somewhere.

I think that's only for the plug n play kits with non projectors.

I figured a bulb is a bulb. Shouldn't matter that the housing is a projector.
