Easy Horsepower

I have a 11 camaro ss and im looking for some easy power without getting a turbo or supercharging it. I have a few questions:
1. What is the best intake? Do aftermarket CAI's void powertrain warranty?
2. Will longtube American racing headers void powertrain warranty?
3. does removing just the mufflers and not the resonators result in a loss of power?
4. Recommend x-piping or keep resonators?
5. What is the most rwhp that you can get out of an ss without a turbo or supercharger? Kinda broad but just curios
Thanks guys.

1. Everyone has an opinion. And no, they don't.
2. Not the headers themselves, but you need a tune to get the full benefit, which will void your warranty.
3. There are a number of threads here about that. Some say yes because of loss of backpressue.
4. Opinion.
5. That is too broad to answer. Depends what else you want to do.

well the question about warrnety are not as clear cut as you would think. a lot of people when doing headers and CAI both usually get a tune which in theory would void a warrnety. but again there has been people with a good dealerships. but overall it would void. even if you dont tune, you can get a check engine light and thats a problem for dealership. even if it doesn't hurt the car. the check engine light is a warning light, and not suppose to be coming on every week.

there are LOTs of people who dont do the supercharger or turbo and make great power and sound. headers, CAIs, cams is a general way to go.

i would say a lot of people here who went with a cam and supporting mods are getting 450-480WHP. its not the most you can get, but its what most people do. most things after that get very expensive.

kooks header exhaust, any cai, jre tune, jre cam. go.

Most hp without f/i... lets see... h/c/i can render up to 5xxrwhp. a 100 shot will get you 6xx rwhp.

Well rear end parts to get the power to the grond, TB for Throttle response, CAI for Power, Catch Can so Motor does not lose power over time. Sounds like he is worried bought warranty..

Search is your friend. With careful planning and a good tuner, you can get 500 RWHP naturally aspirated.
