Whew, 8981 miles, and I bet every mile was a helluva lot of fun. Glad you made it home safely!

I am home safe and sound in the Great White North! Just sad it was over so soon. Had a blast. I met a lot of very cool people.I truly hope to be able to attend in the future and bring my "Pumpkin" next time.:5thgenvert: That being said I pounded pretty hard on the rental Maro! Now just need some time to go through pic's and look at all the handles of people who signed my Camaro Brochure.

I just got home yesterday. 3400+ miles as I continued to So Florida. Averaged 22-23 MPG with lots of cruise control miles. This SS is a very comfortable ride.

I made it home Sunday @ 10:15 P.M. We left the host hotel around 5:45 A.M. and drove straight through. We actually got held up in Cincinati and only went 4 miles in 1 hour and 45 minutes due to a semi that had caught fire but other than that, it was a good 1058 mile run. Had a great time even though I was sick thursday and friday with the flu. Great weather!!

Valdosta to Atlanta was a very comfortable drive. I've always been a Camaro guy but haven't owned one for about 20 years. I picked up my 2010 this past January and CamaroFest5 cemented my reasons for getting one again. I just kick myself for ever getting rid of the first one.

The weather was gorgeous, the city was beautiful, and for a few short days the 2400 miles between Cali and Michigan didn't exist

My Love, the distance never seemed more insignificant! I may be needing to get back on that plane though...what do you think?

Rented a Camaro 2LT from Avis and drove it just under 1000 miles from Ft. Lauderdale, Fl. Loved the car and had no problems. Top speed (by GPS) was 101 and averaged 24 mpg. Still waiting for Z28 but I am sure that my gas mileage will not get any better.
