The LT4 is rated by the Society of Automotive Engineers at 650/650. I highly doubt their rating was off by that much. Either the drive train on the C7 is very efficient or the Vengeance Racing dyno is a little on the high side.

The C7 drivetrain is very efficient certainly better than the 15% loss we all normally use as a standard for man trans cars.
