I woke up this morning as I do every morning, first thing I did was check my window sticker. Surprise.... it is there!!! Minus the RS package of course.

Orielly's said they will re-order and expedite as soon as the other one arrives (sometime next week maybe).

Anyway... looks like there will be a CGM 2SS M6 IOM interior, available at Orielly
's very soon.

My Inventory manager told me she was sick about it, and they have been great about the whole situation. I was pretty pissed off about the whole deal this morning, but have come to accept it, and am ready for round 2 of waiting.

Dude that sucks... I sure do want to see that IO interior with CGM... I ALMOST ordered that. Hope wait #2 is short.

Might be less painful just to order the HID headlights and RS tail lenses and just swap them. Something to consider...

Yes... had changed the order as soon as we heard about the Hurst constraint, got the workbench order from after that and it had the RS package on it. So somewhere else something happened.

Oh well, hopefully everything goes smoothly next week. I actually feel a little better knowing that just about every issue with the car so far will be fixed by the time my second one is built.

#7935 will always have a place in my heart though.

I told O'Reilly about this many times in the last two months. They had to take the Colored Engine cover off mine, it still shows the RS Package on it, but what should I do now? Can the Inventory Manager reenter the RS Package, or call someone at GM to make sure? That really blows, I will hand it to Watson, they seem more excited about the Camaro than O'Really.

update: I just emailed my salesman, and told him one of my freinds had a RS Package drop off his order, and to have the inventory manager call GM to double check the orders with the RS package.

How do you check your window sticker? or did you mean you went to the dealer and looked?
