Sweet, yea im doing the stage 1 kit, then will jump to stage 3, then do the JRE Cam package on top and will be about that 650RWHP. But thats long long term.

You still planning on the new motor?

Yeah good plan there man. I could hook it up on my 22s cam only so you'll most likely be good.

Myself I have a long term goal as well. First and foremost I'd like to fix my fueling which will be done in a few weeks and be ready to lay down a time, Probably not a great one since im going to be babying it out of the hole on the stock driveline.

Motor is in the works because I have seen failures even with proper fuel and meth and 15+lbs of boost is a lot on the stock bottom. Right now its a toss up between the motor and a GForce 9". I ordered those decals for the car hopefully won't be cheesy if I put them on LOL.

Agreed man it was very cheap and the minimal amount of time I spend driving the car now its ok. I'll be dropping the fuel pump in shortly so I can go baby go but beyond that I have plans but I also would like to purchase another project soon.

Got a wicked deal here on the forum on a squash fuel pump. Hopefully that will come this week and I'll be dropping the car off if the weather holds out this week/weekend and have it back next week ready to go.

Squash Pump, Aeromotive Fuel Regulator, Hobbs Switch, ID850s etc.

Good thing you choose the Squash.... I think you would have maxed the LPE duals out.

Weather looks decent for at least the next week.

I talked to LPE and they made 1200whp with the mechanical version of the pump with a BAP. But the Squash won't need a BAP and the meth is purely there from a safety standpoint not as a fuel replacement now. I was gonna just see what my 70LB/HR injectors and how far they'd take me but they worked out a deal with me at ECS made it a no brainer for the id's

Weather does look good

I've just always been told by Ted that the LPE was good up until 800 rwhp. You're already past that point. We are slowly working our way up to it. At 755 my fuel situation was still great so I think we can crank it up some more. My car at 800 rwhp with a suspension should be f#*king evil!

Thanks man. Im anxious to wrap it up and hit the strip a few times I Just want to run down the strip once after spending all this money haha. I'm working out a sponsorship with a wheel company so my car will be spending a lot of its time at shows this year.

I'll be starting on my next project after this. Probably a Turbo Hayabusa I'd like to go 6's this year on it.

March 11 is the ECS rental. I need to get a hold of Alex or Doug and see if there are any spots left. I just hope I'm ready.:(

Yeah I know Ted says that a lot and I don't doubt him but the guys at ECS says they have been using them in 1000whp builds. The squash is a great setup from a longevitity standpoint. I'm doing this pump once and it'll take me as far as I'm gonna go for quite some time.

Your car at 800rwhp+ is a mid 9s and lower

I'm holding off and reserving a spot simply becasue I'm not really sure if my car will be done. Ted and his chassis guy didn't like the springs that came on the Pfadt drag specific coil overs. They think the back is to soft and the front is to stiff and that the tires will slam into the fenders. Obviousy Matt, Aaron, Blair and myself have discussed this but it's Ted's baby so it's his call. Pfadt hooked me up with another spring package we can run, that was two weeks ago and counting. They are getting drop shipped from the manufacturer and thats who is behind. It's out of Pfadts hands at this point.

With the stock ride height the tires cleared the fenders but with the drag setup the rear is 3/4 of an inch lower in the rear. Here's what it looked like at only 650 rwhp. Pretty close but no issues. Add another hundy and subtract 3/4" and who knows. The shock itself should control all that being designed that way but again it's Teds call.
