Camaro throttle response?

So i was wondering(i dont have one and probably never will be able to get one till they have like 200k on them) how the throttle response was. My dad has a 05 silverado and the throttle response is ok but its nothing great
i was wondering if it feels the same way or what
he also has an 02 tundra and the throttle response is amazing in it
any input would be nice
thanks

In my 6-speed manual SS, the throttle response is amazing. I just sold an 06 Mustang GT to get this car. The drive by wire system in the Camaro is 10 times more responsive than the Mustang!

yeah, what he said--it's amazing, a real neck jerker, instant response (at least with the 6 speed)

I have the auto. On the way home, my wife ended up with a headache as a result of her hitting the headrest after I stomped the throttle repeatedly.
