Looks like you have to unscrew bottom part of can in order to empty oil contents, is this correct ? Is it easy to unscrew this ?

Also, when you reinstalled the idler pulley, how did you get the correct tension back on the belt to be sure tension correct?

Thinking of buying one for Elvis, but I would like your supervision when I install, is this possible in the future. I would not attempt it by myself.

Yes, unscrew the bottom half of the can. It has machined threads with an o-ring to seal - easy to undo. For the idler pulley, there is no play with the 2 bolts so u just tighten 'em up. The spring tensioner on the idler assembly takes out the right amount of slack on the belt. My biggest problem was figuring out how to undo the connectors on the wiring, etc harnesses.
