Our Friend Eric Hall at Classic Chevy has invited me to stop by Classic Chevy tomorrow night (Wednesday evening - Sept 23rd...) while I'm in Texas overseeing setup of Chevy/Cadillac/Buick/GMC exhibit at State Fair of Texas....

Sooooooooo......if you're in the DFW "Metro-Plex" and have nothing better to do -- stop by - 7pm -- Classic Chevy -- would love to say hello to some old friends and make some new ones!

Dear sir,

Is there any chance that your "Texas trip" might include a trip to Houston and a visit to the Classic Chevy there??? If not, then I am sorry that I won't get the chance to meet you this time around. Maybe next time you come to Houston you will be able to do something like this also. I know you guys will have a great time, even without me...

I got to sit in your car on Easter when Number3 met me in Florence, Ky. I would love to meet you and will try and make it. I have to work 3rd shift and I don't know what all is on my plate later today. Enjoy your stay.

That would be great! Although I don't know if I'll be able to bum a ride there or not. :( I just sold my car last night which I'll be using to help with the down payment on my new Camaro. So I'm carless not to be confused with "careless".

You wouldn't mind going to the Arlington Railyard and personally delivering my car to Classic Chevrolet this evening would you?

*batting eyes profusely*
It's only a 15 minute ride which I'm sure you'll enjoy anyways.

My timing sucks as usual. I'd love to meet you. Catch you next time I suppose...

Scott, I really wanted to thank you for coming by and talking with us. It was so awesome to get to see the new 850HP Z28 that you are planning to unveil at the state fair this coming weekend! And you said there will be three of them to drive at the drive event, right?

Seriously. we do appreciate you taking some time out to talk with some local fans.
