The beige interior (I call it "Black & Tan") seems to be fairly rare according to those charts.

When I was out to order that's what the dealers were saying too, that they weren't ordering lot inventory with it and hadn't seen many come in for customers. I couldn't find any dealers in Indianapolis that even had one on the lot. But I ordered it anyway to compliment the RJT ext.

I'm glad I went with it, I love it.

I am one of the rare SW V8's with a MT and beige interior! Still won't make my car worth anymore in the long run, but at least it's unique! Beige really doesn't get a fair shake in this car. Kind of like ABM. If more people saw it, more would order it. The seating surfaces look as close to white as you'd want to get and be sensible about dirt as well. Everything else is black, which makes the two tone appearance even better.

I guess that mines my car is pretty rare. Its a 2011 RJT 1SS, Manual with biege interior.

Oh, and I bought it in Nevada.

By the way Synergy green is missing from the 2010 Exterior chart.

I still can't decide between SW / CGM / VR, but for sure its going to be with the beige interior. I guess its a pretty rare combo?

Just three years ago, silver led all regions in colour popularity, says DuPont. With the shift toward more globalization in the automotive industry, regional preferences are influencing the global trend. With trends of silver, black and white -- all neutrals -- vying for the top three spots among most regions, grey has increased in popularity and is gaining in interest among consumers in many regions. Both silver and black/black effect saw a 1% gain in global popularity in the 2010 report, with white remaining flat over last year. Grey increased in popularity by three percentage points. While regional preferences remain for red and blue, both have fallen three percentage points this year over last. DuPont analysts continue to see a trend toward brown and beige increasing in popularity as well.

Wow! What a change from this time last year when IOM was the number 3 or 4 most popular color. Thank goodness it is becoming rarer. Although I think that it is still probably the 2nd or 3rd most popular in my area.

Yea, we all knew that was a matter of time. Until the 6th gen hits, we will continue to see a slight decline in the SS..specifically the 2SS. Curious how this will influence the "limited edition" Camaros down the road...

I still to this day was so shocked how IBM didn't do better in 2010. I love the color..looks black at night, and a deep blue during the day.

And, I also was originally interested in seeing how "rare" my combination was, then.......I started thinking. If everyone got to order any color/combination that they wanted, and mine is the rarest, doesn't that mean that the fewest people like it? "If" it becomes a classic, 40 years from now I may want to sell a "rare" combo but most people aren't holding them that long. More likely, 5-10 years from now when you do sell, people will dislike your choice in color/combo......which will hurt your resale. Just a thought, sorry for the ramble.

unfortunately,what you say is essentially correct!..if they didn't like the color when it was new,chances are very good ,they won't like it years later!..just sayin!

They didn't offer Synergy Green for the 2010 model.

So why does Spasticaquirell have less than 30% of the overall production data? I think this has been asked and answered elsewhere, but I can't find it right now.

Also, if we were going straight off of production numbers, then Texas would play host to the next C5 Fest hands-down!

Yes they did..it was offered limited only to the 1LT cars, but now you can get the color in any trim I believe, but it is also only available until sometime in March.
