Installing a GM factory splitter for a 2014 ss/RS

I ordered a z/28 splitter and this is what they sent me. I liked it anyway and figured it would be easier to get up the driveway with this so I will show how the install went

U can pick up a rivet gun at lowes for 20 bucks. Only use the holes toward the rear of the car the ones in the front are for riveting the splitter to the bracket later.

Do not rivet the last hole toward the wheel well it will be secured from the inside through the splitter once it is installed

I couldn't get the plastic rivets to hold well that attach the spoiler to the bumper cover so I used stainless bolts with lock washers

There are holes in the bottom of the spoiler to access the place to drill to rivet the spoiler to the bracket.

This spoiler is mounted using rivets and bolts there is no double stick tape at all and I have never seen anything mounted as secure before. I had an aftermarket one on my 11 and it fell off after a year. I don't see this ever coming off with out the bumper cover coming off first. Took about 45min to install. Had no instructions couldn't find any anywhere.
