Hey Mike, as an upstater I know what its like to try and keep your car looking good and scratch/rust/fade free. Fortunately you have done great and your car definitely is one of the sickest and cleanest I have seen on here and at the shows. I hope to see you at a show this summer or out romping on the throttle. Either way it would be cool.

Sorry for the delay Mike, I just saw this. I had Ted do the cam, TWICE!

My timing chain snapped one month and 500 miles after. Not really sure why it happened but there were some issues with 2010 chains (my car was build Oct 2010). I also put on an SLP under pulley and read that it may cause an harmonic imbalance and snap the chain. On the rebuild I used a Katech C5R race chain and an LS2 Dampener.

Congrats on your COTW!

I love the CAM! Well worth doing it twice. It really enhances the cool factor and driving experience. At the local weekly car show people will walk up look at like, wow nice stock Camaro, and walk away. But when I start a crowd quickly gathers! I'm like a proud dad standing there!

Oh man that must have sucked! Stuff happens though and Ted is always good to back up his work! I'll keep this in mind when I decide to cam!

Hey man, can you tell me where you got the tint from, or what % it is, I want my fogs to look just like that lol

The fog light tint is from Big Worm Graphics and it's the gunsmoke tint.

It's off to the painter today to get my Roto-Fab engine cover fixed up. I didn't have it secured to the fuel rail and it was sticking up so when I closed the hood it came in contact with my Emblempros bowtie! It actually happened last year I just haven't done anything about it. I can be a real procrastinator about some things! Priorities!

Teaser pic! While I'm at the painter.....not gonna say! You'll see! It might be Spring though before I'll post final pics! I'm waiting on installing the Oracle ghosted sidemarkers till I get a clear wiring diagram that shows detailed connection points for the Dual Intensity Circuits (DIC) as Oracle calls them. With it installed it will make the sidemarkers also turn signals.
