My car ran a 10.19 in the 1/4 on a stock l99 block with an LS 3 conversion. 100 % stock bottom. It's forged now. I have no mile times.

Everyone has different definitions of what a stock LS3 block is. If you mean bolt-ons like CAI, header/exhaust, pulley, ported tb ported intake but no cam or heads then check out OrangeChevy's times.

I read that at the Texas Mile most stock Camaros were running around 160 mph. MTI's Camaro ran 182 mph.

Thank you all for the info. Looks like I have some homework to do now. I should have clarified. No head work, Nothing forged. My car is supercharged with meth-injection borla long tube ( No cats) hp tuned and I have a 55 shot on the car but my latest mustang dyno was 615/582 to the tire without the nos. I had some clutch slippage at the track with the smaller MCcloud so i just installed there 1000hp rated twin disc clutch and went from stock gears to 410 richmonds. I'll be at the dyno on 1/13/11 to get my numbers with and without the nos. Then at Palmbeach Motor Speedway ( Moroso) on 1/14/11. As previously mentioned I will be revieling the car to camaro5 with the complete build list after I get back from the track on friday. There are no internals done to this car. that is why I posted the thread. I wanted to see how heavy the compitition was out there for an apples to apples comparison. Thanks again and I'll keep you all posted.

PS. I ran in the low 11's then on only one of two passes With the 55 shot i was in the 10.90's the first attempt onstar shut the car down and i still ran a 11.46 the second a final run was in the 10.90's I had a drag package put together for the car with CCW 16" rears and 18' front pizza cutters. I'm also running Hoosier 28'x 10 slick on her at about 13 psi. Trust when I say the is ZERO traction issues! Since then like I said the only mods I have made are. I reduced the pulley size from 3.33 to the next smallest and picked up a 1.5#'s of boost. that puts the boost output total to about 11.5psi. and the 410 richmond gears. So I hope I'm in the 10's without the 55 shot of nos. I'll let you all know monday. thanks again

Well for whatever twisted reason you want the fastest cast piston motor is beyond me. The rods are forged so I guess you need to put shitty cast rods in too

I am not sure what the glory is in saying yes I have the fastest blown nitrous injected cast piston motor is. Most smart people upgrade the pistons and fuel system to handle the additional load and for safety reasons.

I was hoping for some mile times as well.

So pretty much you have a modded camaro and you want to argue the details of how stock the motor is when nothing else is.

Maybe you should tell the OP why it's forged now. Could save him a world of hurt.
