True. I think you may be able to go about an inch in toward the car, and it looks like another inch on the outside would bring flush with the panel. Thats getting pretty wide 9+2=11 inches. pretty frikin big. even 10 would be plenty for me.

That looks more like 2" towards the car and 1" outside.

Any way we can get a true measurement? Scott?

I think you are right...well know you are right...Even the colorado web site says IOM!!
Guess I have to find on in person and see. Some of the pics look like the paint has a IOM shine..but others angles don't...I know someone mention lighting and it could make or break a color......... What ever color this is ..........it is a sweet lookin car. (in any color for the matter)

Thanks guys for the clarification

I would pay SO much extra for that color of orange........it is definately not IOM.

Now I'm gonna have to sell my car in a year or two when it comes out in that color of orange...

Could be lighting, but that orange doesn't look metallic to me - why would they paint this a non-GM-standard color?

I agree, a better orange needs to be offered along with IOM. This is REAL orange...This is the orange that should have been offered in the first place. Since it isn't, it should be added to the lineup.
