Huh? If you look at the picture I posted of mine, it is over the wash bottle.. Most of them do that, I am not sure how you didn't notice that before? There is a wash bottle relocation kit you can buy to have it outside of the CAI.

I thoroughly cleaned the cast ends and painted them black (no primer). Don't recall the paint type though. Anyhow, lasted a very short time and it's peeling. Any ideas why? I thought the rough texture would be great for adhesion! Do I need to sand it down or use a different paint? I think it was duplicolor.
