Bought a house!

Some one of the big reasons I haven't been able to get on here much over the last few months is becausemy wife and I have been looking for our first house. We finally found what we were looking for! We had the inspection and appraisal last week and everything looks great. We move in on the 16th of July. We can not wait to get out of this apartment!

Here are some pics of our new place!

Picture of the foyer entrance

The Kitchen and breakfast nook

Full wet bar in the basement! Let the good times roll!

The other half of the basement.

It is a typical 2 car garage. It will easily fit my huge truck and the wife's car, but it doesn't leave much for the tools and toys... there are always some sacrafices i guess.

Nice Cas... Glad to hear from you, I’ve been wondering were you’ve been hiding... If you don’t mind me asking, what did you pay for that beauty?

WOW!!! VERY NICE!!! You have a beautiful home. And, my wife said, "Dang! Did they decorate that?!" She was a wee bit impressed as was I. Again, very nice.

I see a gathering in your future...in the basement...at the bar...of Camaro enthusiasts! hehehe

Ha, thanks for the comments! However, my wife deserves most of the credit!

And you know I would be up for a gathering anytime once I have that lovely 5th gen sitting in my garage!

We got a really good deal on it. We paid $214,900 and the seller paid all closing costs.
