Thanks, Could always use a few extra pointers. Is your Camaro M6? Like to check out
your harness bar and plate system. I still undecided between that and 4 point
roll bar.

I've been noticing a thunk sound when backing out and turning. I thought it was just the tires crunching on something. I never hear it on the road.

Mine has done the same thing on 3 separate occasions. It happens when only 1 front wheel drops off when I drive onto a declining approach from an angle where 3 wheels are flat and one has to "drop" to enter the approach. I've heard a loud pop each time, loud enough that I stopped and checked under the car the first time because I thought I had hit something. Both sides have done it now.

I have the same issue on a few overpasses around town where the bridge section has settled a little bit. I was trying to figure out how to best describe the issue, but I think that you nailed it! When the shock is quickly unloaded, there is a loud thump. I have learned which lane to travel in so that it doesn't do it.
Sounds like there will be a service appointment in my future.

This is a warranty issue,so get into the dealer and have them fix it.This isn't something that can be visualized. They actually had to take the strut off and manually load and unload it,thats when they found that it didn't return it just stayed there.
