I did the fuse pull on my used 2011 2SS/RS M6 last night as well. Amazing difference in overall responsiveness!

How are you trying to do it? Just mashing the gas from a complete stop?

I guess it's cheating to use the brake, but hey, that's what they do at the dragstrip. Turn off TC, hold the brake enough to keep the car from moving forward and floor the gas. You will put on a hell of a smoke show. Then, let off the brake and keep the gas down and you will take off in a blaze of glory Oh yeah, and then buy some new tires, LOL

alright so I have read this and I want to make sure I completely understand,

IF the car detects low octane fuel the ONLY way to get it reset to high octane fuel is by pulling these 2 fuses letting it sit over night and plugging them back in?

Am I right? wrong? completely off? Cause if thats so I need to know immediately! hahaha

You are correct. If you can leave them out over night go for it. I would say at least a few hours should do the trick

I did the fuse pull the other day. I can't necessarily say that feel the power per se but I can definitely tell that the throttle response is much better. I am glad that I finally did this.

no it doesn't affect a tune, it doesn't affect the stock tune either. if you have a tune, you aren't going to notice a difference. better reread the last page and a half....
