Well... went down Mt. Lemmon on the mountain bike today. Had a great time!!! The end was not too great though. Below is a picture of my buddy... do not look if you're squeemish! But, we certainly had a great time until this.

Be warned...

Not Fun....

Doing this to make sure it is below the line in case someone is squeemish. ha ha

Went to Hot Rods today for lunch for the first time. Wasn't that impressed with the food.

Crazy, I did Mt. Lemmon awhile back and had a blast. Nice to get out of the heat for a summer ride. That sucks for your buddy though but it's the risk we take doing it, I'm sure he'll be back at it in no time.

Oh and I was informed today no Aug 11 Mt Lemmon run for me. Gotta go to a baby shower

From what I am told, this was only his second time out. The trail we were on at the beginning was NOT somewhere mtn bikes should be. ha ha ha. But I am sure he will be back on it again. We still had a great time.

Hope he had some prior experience. Dong an actual mountain your second time is pretty badass. Do you ride around here a lot?

I just started mountain biking here because I havent lived here long. I road bike some, too, but havent done it much since I have been here. I am always game to go out though!!!

Yaaaa... I am not sure how some people manage to get into the stock class most of the time. It just doesnt make sense. Regardless, congrats!

Nice I haven't been into it long either. Finally got a bike about a month so now I'm starting to go more often. Have you tried fantasy yet?
