2" Texas speed headers and I have melted 3 wires so far....I bought an extra set to keep on hand in case it happens again...Using MSD wires with the bendable boot and heat shields...

I just had ARH 1 7/8" installed and still have the stock wires. Do I need to worry about this?

Texas Speed headers have a lot of clearance issues that other brands do not. I had no issues with my wires but I used the same MSD wires you mention and cool socks. The stock wires would not clear when I had Texas Speed headers that were 1 7/8"
