ECM fell off.

UPDATE:

Ok. I fixed my issue.

What I did was cut an old credit card (Gift card) in half and bent it into a 'V' shape. Then straddled it over the bottom perch where the ECM attaches. It lifted the bottom enough to allow the upper tabs to clip/snap into place and hold the ECU perfectly.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------

So my ECM just came loose from it's mounts and is just hanging there. Kinda leans against my catch can but isn't going anywhere. However I need to secure it.

Anyone else had this happen and how did you secure it. The tabs just wore loose so they are worthless.

I actually feel like kind of a dumbass too. This pic is from a year ago when I installed the blower. It's hanging then too.

I just noticed it a few weeks ago.

Mines leans like that too....Im still trying to figure out what to do to get it more secured. That would suck if it fell off while driving down the road

It has tabs on the back that fit in the slots on the side of the fuse box but mine are either wore out or just flat out don't fit.

For all I know it's been like that for over two years.

I went to get a pic to post here and I got to looking at the older ones and I was like..............

How could I install a heritage grill, have the fascia off my car a few times, install the heat exchanger, the supercharger, wire tap the fuse box and PUT THE INNER COOLER PUMP IN............ without noticing that.

Hell, the cooler pump goes directly under the ECU.
