Hid ballast ??
So here's my problem.. Every now and then .. My right head light won't turn on .. But when I turn them on & off . It'll come on . So my thinking it's a bad ballast ?? If so . Is it hard to change out ?? Or is it a pain in the ass to do ?? Thanks
