He does seem awfully close for "normal" parking. I agree he was being a bit of an ass, with all the space that appears to be around you. Plus if you are parked correctly (in the space), then he is obviously parked in a couple of spaces--the backassward way.

If (s)he did that to me, (s)he'd really be pissed to see where I parked the JLG. I drive one of those at work sometimes and normally carry a key to one. I'd probably hop in it and move it for him/her if (s)he wasn't close by.
