Lethal Racing - Concerned on Lack of Communication

Pretty much as the title states.

I have been working on gathering information from them (just so i can inform myself and make educated choices on part choices), and will be scheduling them for next summer (can't put anything into stone yet as my wedding is in 3 weeks). But after good communication for a while, I haven't heard anything from them in over 2 months.

Does anyone know if Lethal is running behind that that is why communication has been scarce?

I'm sold on Lethal doing my work, I just want to feel my concerns are being heard because its a long commitment to drive from Pittsburgh to Scott, LA.

Thanks!

They are very busy. That's all I'll say about that.

Understood. I wasn't calling them out, i just wanted to make sure perhaps the email addresses changed? Or something of the sort.

Alright, I will sit and wait.

Thank you!

Keep bugging them would be my advice. And use a phone instead of email. Emails are easy to forget about.

I thought I was the only one trying to get thru to them. I've been wanting to schedule an appointment to get some gears installed but after a couple of emails I haven't heard anything back in about a week.I can't wait to have some gears on my car. I'll just patiently wait

Same phone number, email, and Facebook. I will admit that sometimes they take a little while to respond, but they do great work and will take care of you. Especially when they actually have your car in front of them.

If you are trying to actually schedule something Camarosspower, I would give them a call if they havent emailed you back. You shouldnt have to wait if you are actually ready to get something done.

As for the OP, if you are just gathering info and advice right now, I would send them reminders every once in a while.

It's easier if you call. I never had a problem whenever I called them they answered quickly or called back right away. Good luck.

My car is at lethal and has been for months. They are extremely busy and Shawn is swamped when I do talk to him about my car.
I email Shawn all the time I just think they have so much going on its hard for them to respond to every customer in the time the customer would expect.
When I go by and talk to Shawn I know he is more then happy to answer all my questions.
I try not to bug them too much because I know I'm not the only customer wanting to get info on the progress.
Usually if the girl at the desk answers she will pass onto Shawn what you need.
I would say just keep calling and leave messages.

Alright, thank you. I just need to make sure that everything is in line before I schedule. Like i said, its a long ass drive from Pittsburgh to Scott, LA, thus I want ot make sure everything has been answered before I leave my driveway.

Also, your car has been there for months? When I spoke with sean a while back about coming next summer, he said that there would be no issue scheduling....hmmmm

Either way, I'll be sure to call them and find out what is up.

Thanks!
