1.4" vs 1.0 inc

I'm trying to get an aggressive look but also do not want to scrape my city has slot of bad roads what would the difference be between 1" all around or 1.4 front/rear or 1.0 front/rear split?

For your 2010 LT, I would recommend the BMR SP052, which is a 1.2" front and rear spring that is specifically designed for the V6 cars with a slightly lower spring rate.

The problem is that the rear springs for the SS tend to have trouble falling out of the perches at full suspension droop on the V6. You could go with the BMR 1.2" V6 rear springs with their 1.4" front springs.

SP054 + SP023

So I should go 1.4 and 1.2 not 1.4 and 1.0?

Yes, you can go with whatever front spring you want, but you'll have to stick with V6 specific springs in the rear or you're gonna have a bad time.
