I guess I'm thinking that the blow back (leakage) is the cause of the extremely loud sound during driving.
My MRT-installed 2.0 system has the same leakage and the system got progressively louder over the winter. I'll stop in one of these days to have them tighten things up or tweak the interface or whatever they have to do. Until then, I'll just continue to enjoy all the decel popping

Order the version 2 yesterday. I had it installed today. What a difference. The shop said it was an easy install and they put some tight welds on that puppy.

Processing was very quick next day air

I GOT MINE INSTALLED TODAY!

I LOVE IT!

And I guess mine was one of the ones with the funky right one because they put the left one on easy and had to bend the right one to get it one! But its on, and welded on, and it sounds AMAZING!

For those of you that had someone install your exhaust ... can I ask around how much it cost to be installed?

Or for those that did it their self but know how much such things should cost...what would be a fair price?

scrming .... thank you for all you've done for the Camaro community. I've learned a ton from your posts. Not just exhaust but the CAI as well.

Thanks!

I would suggest that anyone purchasing the MRT exhausts systems should have them welded on instead of using clamps.

I had a little leakage around my clamps I also believe this is why it was louder than it should have been.
