does anyone know where i can find this black ZL1 wheel? just a factory reproduciton in 20" black

Go to wheel and tire talk,there is two companies LG and FR. LG black only due out in May
FR ,Crome ,polish,black,black and machine due out May

Wait for factory reproductions in May, they are coming out with 3 styles of the wheel, in factory sizes and offsets. All the other ones you see out on ebay and such are undersized. The factory zl1 wheel sizes are 20x11 in the rear and 20x10 in the front, these others are offering 20x9.5 in the read and 20x8.5 in the front.

I was told by a guy at factory reproductions that the set of 4 should be under $1000. I have the aluminum wheels, but always wanted the black set on my car. So as soon as they are out I am getting a set.

GM has a patent on the design that caused LG to redesign. If you want that will you will likely need to buy a GM PART. 800-1000 each.

My dealer told me 1100.00 for a new rear! They just sent two of mine out to be repaired instead since the damage was cosmetic. 150.00 and 300.00 to fix.

FYI the GM factory black 10 spoke zl1 rims are still not available to order as a set. I have tried ordering them from 3 different places and told by each that they are on constraint. If anyone has different info...please advise...thanks.

I highly doubt it, but have you honestly ever had your cast wheel break on you before?

It's not just about if they will break or not, it's about unsprung weight, and that's huge.

Not too many people think about that. I have said stuff like this before with little to no response. A few people here and there get it.

That is always a very important factor especially with our ZL1's. Lighter wheel is less unsprung weight which allows quicker acceleration and stopping ability. I guess it's the few of us on here that are into getting their cars handle properly get it?

Yep, that is why I went with the CTS-V rotors up front, over 1.5 lbs different per rotor.
