Nitrous guys need some advise

I have 2010 camaro LS3 that's in shop now getting an aggressive cam, longtube headers put on.I already have BER ported intake and throttle body installed. My question is I'm going to be close to 500rwhp or over and I'm adding 100NX shot. Do you hardcore nitrous guys recomend ZL1 drop in fuel pump or KenneBell Boost A Pump to take care of my fuel needs.

Neither stock fuel system for 100 shot and 1 step colder plugs. Anything over id get an independent fuel system

TTshovel so the stock fuel system can handle 600 rwhp range and if I go over that I need independent fuel system .

When I ran 150 shot , cam , full bolt on a M6 car I ran with the stock fuel system with 1 step colder plugs, safe tune, and a couple of gallons of race fuel each time I sprayed. It never gave me any problems or fuel issues.

You really don't want to run out of fuel when using nitrous. I would consider the zl1 pump...as insurance.

I went with Nitrous Outlets stand alone fuel cell. You wont need injectors, fuel pump or a boost a pump because the extra fuel is provided from a separate system that only activates when you hit the nitrous which I fill with c-16 race fuel but you could fill it with 91 just to add the extra fuel. The fuel and nitrous are introduced through a plate sandwiched between the throttle body and the intake manifold. I went with br7-ef plugs which is 2 steps colder.

I'm spraying a 150 shot, I think the last time we dyno'd it it put down 625rwhp 735 rwtq on a stock bottom, dual springs and aftermarket pushrods and a Sam Cam. I think somewhere in the upper 500's maybe low 600's N/A you'll need to start looking at injectors and a pump. But with the stand alone and I may be wrong here but I think the stand alone has a walbro 255 in it. The factory injectors and factory fuel pump only need to keep up with the N/A hp, the fuel added when on the unit comes from the stand alone by changing the fuel jets on the nitrous plate to get your AFR right. Hope that helps, if not feel free to call me at Sullivan Performance 702-476-2750

I would have add a ZL1 pump..cheaper and you dont need injectors with a wet shot.

Is it a dry kit or wet?

Anyway, no fuel=BOOM. I would get a fuel pressure safety switch(FPSS) since youre not sure if youll have enough fuel, unless going with a stand alone. Even then, its cheap insurance (50$).
