Pretty nasty gash. Hard to tell from the pic but you should be able to repair it. You may notice a slight dip in the wheel after the repair since it does look like a deep gash. Cheaper than buying a new wheel though. You can fix it with the tire on but would be easier if it was taken off the wheel.
